Police were dispatched to the Val Verde Regional Medical Center, 801 Bedell Ave, after security personnel reported that an employee had been involved in a theft.

The hospital employee accused of stealing his co-workers cell phone.

Police assisted the security department in their investigation and Seth Orion Rocha, 19, 207 Marshall Smith Drive, was arrested Thursday.

He is charged with theft of property between $750 and $2,500, a Class A misdemeanor, according to a Del Rio Police Department report.
